Comments

Passed 60 degrees south and King Neptune made an appearance to induct all newcomers to his icy realm. Awoke to calmer seas and crossed the ice edge. Our first iceberg was spotted at 0920, cameras came out in force and there is now a sense of excitment on board the ship. The science programs are continuing including regular sea ice and iceberg observations from the bridge. Clocks back 1hr so we are now on Casey time.
