Comments
We made some reasonable progress late yesterday but the seas picked up over night and it has been rougher, slower day today. The ship has had a number of heavy rolls making for some exciting video footage and photos from the bridge. Planning meetings and field training continue in preparation for Casey ops. Everyone onboard is travelling well but looking forward to our arrival in the sea ice and calmer seas. Clocks were retarded another hour last night. The Continuous Plankton Recorder is still deployed.
