Comments

The wind has eased allowing more rapid progress to the southern end of the transect. We completed the final test of the trace-metal-clean water sampling system and everything seems to be working well. Everyone enjoyed a chance to relax last night at the first of our two “special occasions.” Several expeditioners and crew will be feeling the cold a bit more today after losing their hair for Camp Quality. We will change the clocks on board tonight to get it out of the way before the sampling begins. Cheers, Steve and Deepy.
