Comments

We sailed from Macquarie Island at 1645 yesterday having stowed the helicopter, loaded final cargo and the LARC. After 11 days of operations all was complete and it was time to leave. All on board have worked hard to make the resupply and work programs happen and the ship was quiet last night, except for some snoring. Departing expeditioners said goodbye to the Island and their friends who are staying on, while we all wished the new wintering team the very best for their 12 months in this special place. So far the weather has been kind to us with good sailing conditions as we head North for Hobart. ETA for arrival in Hobart is 16:00 Monday 31st March, alongside Macquarie 4 wharf. Access for family and friends will be through the M3 wharf gates. "Vsekh blag do zavtra" Robb and Andy.
