Loading of RTA cargo was completed at around 18:00 last night. All were welcomed on station for a hand over ceremony where Jeremy Smith handed the Casey keys to incoming station leader Bob Jones for the coming winter. All round trip passengers returned to the ship last night, with our Casey mob joining us just before lunch today. We left Bob behind at Casey but now have 20 new people for our trip home. Heartfelt thanks to all at Casey and onboard the AA for a fabulous effort and successful resupply and refuelling. An immense effort was put into supporting our round trip program during this busy time and the smiling (and tired) faces on board are testament to a very successful visit at Casey. Thanks also to Michael and Brad at Casey for the great last minute repair job on our barge muffler this morning. Casey Winterers - we wish you a happy and safe year. Cheers, Nicki, Rob and Peter.
