Comments

This will be the last Sitrep for Voyage 2. Enjoying a calm and sultry 13'c day as we coast home. We are on schedule to arrive alongside Princes Wharf by 0800 tomorrow (Monday 3rd December). For people meeting the ship - We will berth at Princes Wharf opposite Salamanca, there will be free public access to meet the ship at via Princes # 2 wharf shed, with refreshments provided by AAD. The ship often pulls in a little early, but it may take 45 minutes or so for us to clear Customs before disembarking. There will be a brief ceremony to present certificates to expeditioners. Many thanks to the ships Master - Murray Doyle, and Crew of the Aurora Australis for a safe and enjoyable trip. Thanks also to the expeditioners on board and in Antarctica and to AAD staff who have supported a successful voyage. All well. Regards, Don and Hully
