Comments
Tuesday dawned fine and sunny with low winds, which is just as well given the script lately... The Framnes mountains are visible 48NM away. Commenced flying the 2008 Winterers ashore at 0730 Mawson time and as I write we have 18 of 21 people ashore, and will commence cargo shortly. The forecast remains good and we hope to finish operations at Mawson late today or Tomorrow morning. All well. Regards, Don and Hully
