Comments
After a day off Thursday with wind and snow, the forecast break in weather has arrived and we are in the process of flying off Casey Winter team. 1 sling load ashore this morning (tracked ATV), 2nd aborted due to headwinds. The first six Winterers have arrived in time for fresh Caesar salad, and we expect to finish the Casey operation by mid afternoon. We will conduct an aerial ice recce and start ice breaking North this evening bound for Davis. Regards, Don and Anthony
