Departed Macca by 5.30 Pm last night. Pitching through rough seas today, as we pass through the centre of a low pressure system. Conditions slowing us down a little, but ETA still middle of the day Saturday at this time, as we hope it will ease later. Another busy day at Macca yesterday; Refuel line stopped at 1.30 Pm, and line in by 3.30 with a total of @150,000 litres ashore. RTA completed by LARC. The Changeover ceremony was then conducted on station with the presentation of winterers medallions to the 2006 team by Station Leader Tubby Gillies, and hand over of the station to Matt Dahlberg and the 2007 Winterers. The 2006 Winterers said their goodbyes, and fly off commenced immediately afterward at 4.10Pm, With last helicopter on deck at dusk. And so, with the completion of Macca resupply, thoughts on board turn homeward.. ETA Hobart, Saturday 21 April 2007 alongside Macquarie No. 3 Wharf at 1230hrs. Regards, Don and Brett
