Thursday, Low wind and swell today. IRB boats in the water by 6.30 Am, Fuel pumping began at 0830. We will cease pumping fuel at 1330 to allow time for pulling line in, changeover and returning passengers to ship. We expect to have 150,000 litres of fuel ashore by then. Low cloud has prevented further down Island helicopter operations but remaining roof iron loads are ashore. The outgoing incoming Station leaders, Tubby Gillies and Matt Dahlberg, are preparing for the Winterers Changeover ceremony - The end of a very successful and harmonious year for the 2006 Winterers, and just the beginning for the 2007 team. After many delays we have finally achieved the essential resupply in addition to many successful round trip components. Many thanks to the efforts of all on ship and station, and for the patience of those waiting back home. ETA Hobart will be firmed up tonight, but still looking good for middle of the day Saturday. Check Shipping schedule and hotline for details. Regards, Don and Brett
