Nearly home now. Thanks to all those who have worked to make the voyage happen. Everyone on the ship, all those at Davis, Mawson and Casey, many people at the AAD and the folks from Polar View in Europe. We have recovered moorings, collected plankton data, delivered and retrieved cargo, caught krill, visited 5 different stations, delivered winterers and retrieved the bulk of those who have completed a busy Antarctic season. Many will be waiting expectantly on the ship today for that first smell or sight of Tasmania as we approach land under the escort of a few Wandering Albatross and we are all waiting even more expectantly to see family and friends once again. Stepping off the ship will be, for many, a special occasion at the end of a great season. 1 sleep and 193 nautical miles to go. ETA alongside Princess Intermediate Wharf Hobart, 0800 hours, Sunday 1 April 2007. Yours Aye Robb and Simon
