Comments

Increasing swell, less favourable winds and fog have slowed us down in the last 24 hours. Warmer outside temperatures, rain and increasingly darker nights are all reminders that we are leaving Antarctica behind. We continue to trail the continuous plankton recorder and will change it over later this afternoon. Last night we had an Antarctic themed quiz night where we tested our knowledge of the coldest, highest and driest continent. In the next twenty four hours we are likely to set an arrival time and date for Hobart.
