Comments

Made good progress in open ice to the NE of yesterdays position. We're now heading SE after finding a good open lead, using both the radar satellite and our weather satellite images. Clear skies means good satellite pics, so we're getting good information for making navigation decisions at the moment. There are likely entry points to the north of Davis that we're aiming for, with a couple of heavy ice choke points that we'll need to negotiate. (P.S. I tried to make the above into a limerick, but failed dismally...) Regards from Doug and Nicky
