Comments

We continued to make slow but steady progress in calm seas through the outer pack. Two aerial reconnaissance flights were flown during the reporting period and have aided our progress through large flows and assisted to identify leads and areas of water. Still proceeding in southerly direction but progress has been slowed and ETA Davis is dependant on ice conditions encountered over next 24 hours but will be later than Saturday morning as earlier predicted.
