Comments

The weather and sea still remain good and we are continuing to make very good progress. Most pax remain well and others with the flu type lurgi are starting to improve. CPR No 2 was retrieved at 0800 ship time today. Operational planning meetings continued with finalisation of plans for the Casey fly-off. We again slowed down over night but the average speed over reporting period still remained good at 13.32 knots. A briefing meeting for all expeditioners was held yesterday afternoon. Clocks were retarded one hour overnight so we are now two hours behind Kingston time. The crossing of the line ceremony is scheduled for this afternoon and will be followed by a BBQ dinner. REGARDS Richard and Jenny
