Comments

Still progressing well. First two icebergs in 57S, 127E yesterday afternoon but Kodak shares unaffected. ETA Casey's outer ice band is late evening local on Wednesday. We will then stop for the few hours it is dark before proceeding into the ice provided (provided) visibility and other conditions permit. Due to persistent cloud little recent satpix of the Casey ice is available but we assume its still there. Weather chart for Thursday continues to suggest the possibility of poorish weather that day which may (may) not be condjucive to finding a suitable route southwards at that time. We shall see! Now on Casey time and all is ready here for the work once we 'get there'. REGARDS Martin and Steve
