Abandoned oceanographic transect at noon yesterday and we are proceeding directly to Zhong Shan. Weather ameliorated yesterday eveing,n just too late to rescue oceanography. Now making best speed towards Prydz Bay in order to liberate a few hours to attempt live krill capture. Regards Dick and Tim
