Departed at 1930 last night. Many thanks to the SAO team for all their hard work, particularly Sandra Potter's efforts in Fremantle. Thanks also to Rob Easther and the project team and all at the AAD who helped the expedition get underway. Bird and whale observations have commenced. Stomachs are adjusting.
