Comments
Polar Bird has got the bit between her teeth now! Casey fly-off point ETA has therefore moved up slightly to late morning on Sunday, 2 March. Forecast for Sunday is, however, for 30-40 knot winds, poor visibility and heavy seas which may make an evaluation of ice conditions difficult at that time. Things should ease considerably by Monday. Ship-board preparations and briefings almost complete. Looks like a couple of interesting days coming up.
Regards Martin and Chris
