Cargo operations including fuel tranfser uderway mid morning yesterday and at time of reporting all deck cargo and number 1 and 2 Tween Decks unloaded. Fuel transfer continued throughout the night and is expected to be completed within the hour. Still considerable ice in harbour and used inflatale rubber boats to patrol fuel hose. Barges, and this morning ships boat used to push ice away from wharf area. First wind turbine base section unloaded and ashore much to everyones relief. Will continue with general cargo today weather permitting. The forecast for later today and tomorrow is for strong winds gusting to 60 knots tomorrow so may have to cease operations for some time.
