Cargo discharge continued util 1730 when strong winds forced operations to cease. Unloading slowed during the day due to problems with setting up and operation of new crane which tied up the one skidder trailer on station for many hours. By the end of the day both refrigerated containers discharged and commenced unloading number one lower hold. Number one still has 2 C containers and concrete for Mwason to discharge before cleared. Blizzard bowing today with winds gusting in excess of 65 knots and consequently no operations possible. Weather forecast is for winds to remain strong possibly until late tomorrow afternoon. Will keep you appraised of developments. REGARDS Richard and Jenny
