Monday; All cargo loaded and lashed by 1100; helicopters on board 1130; changeover ceremony on station 1000; all pax on board 1200; vessel departed Davis ice edge 1315. Many thanks to all involved for very successful resupply and science programs. Emergency drill 1530, Davis pax briefing 1630. Tuesday: After clear passage NW across Prydz Bay, now breaking through heavy ice across top of Fram Bank to open water beyond, then to Mawson ice edge.
