Sunday: Back loading RTA and refuelling equipment continued to 1915, by which time only 3 half heights, 3 E boxes, 3 gas pallets and Fred Bond the Fun Ship remained on the ice; TO returned from Grove Mountains and Dalton Corner at 1750; station hosted ship to BBQ dinner, in glorious evening sunshine. Monday: 2 helicopters returned at 0130 from Amery ice front, having placed all 6 GPS stations– a fantastic effort and many thanks to pilots Ward and John, and the Coleman team for their persistence; helicopters also RTD PCMEGA weather watch team from Sansom Island; cargo ops began 0800, expected completion 1000; changeover ceremony on station scheduled for 1000; ETD Davis 1300.
