Comments
Managed to stay with the small floe yesterday for a total of 20 hours before a few cracks started to threaten, and we abandoned the work there at 1700. This was still long enough for the biologists to get what they came for. This morning we had a final sea ice sample using the ship's crane and personnel basket, and are now heading for the ice edge, and SAZ-C. REGARDS Dug
