Very high seas with large swells continued throughout the reporting period making conditions very unpleasant and uncomfortable. The ship has rolled continuously and I do not think even the hardiest of the crew has been able to sleep, let alone any of us poor land lubbers. Despite the conditions we maintain good speed with the following conditions and for the twenty four hour period until 1200 local we averaged knots 12.65. Time was adjusted a further one hour overnight. The big hand stays the same but the little hand inches forward. The Master has confirmed our ETA as 1200 at the pilot station on Saturday 2 March.
