Comments

Used helicopters to recce down 75 50E in order to join onto the SW-NE lead near PolarB. With helicopter guidance, managed to move PolarB through an intricate set of cracks into the major lead running NE. She is currently making 8kts. Also found the best route for Aurora south through 3/10 pack to a point 45nm from PolarB's original position. Both vessels should be within 20nm of each other within the next few hours. Our intentions are to use Aurora to push a way through this 20nm of 10/10 pack and provide a path for PolarB. Helicopter support working well. Weather stable.
