Australian Antarctic Science Program guidelines
Applicants must read the Australian Antarctic Science Program (including Grant Program) guidelines for the 2018-19 round [PDF] before applying. The structure of the guidelines has changed from the previous (2016–17) round but there have been small changes to the application form, selection criteria, and assessment process. Contact Science Planning and Coordination if you have any questions about the guidelines.
These guidelines should be read in conjunction with the online application form and the following supporting information:
- Australia's Antarctic Science Strategic Plan
- Stream implementation plans
- Animal research
- Ionising radiation
The Guidelines at a glance page provides some quick links to key pieces of information from the research guidelines, and includes links to other pages.
To be eligible for consideration, applications must be submitted by 5 pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) Tuesday, 9 October 2018 and signed certifications must reach firstname.lastname@example.org by 5 pm AEST Tuesday 30 October 2018.
