Transport arrangements for expeditioners attending training courses are coordinated by your Station Leaders.Station Leaders will need to notify the Station Support Officer for all bus bookings.

If courses are scheduled during work hours, and are conducted within the Hobart metropolitan area, you are required, where possible, to use public transport. The cost of tickets will be re-reimbursed by the AAD, therefore you should retain all used tickets or receipts.

If you choose to use your own vehicle to travel, you will not be eligible to claim the costs of travel or parking.

Where requested, limited numbers of cab charge tickets will be issued, and regular checks are made to monitor the correct use of the tickets.Any unused cab charge tickets must be returned and not used for any purpose other than intended at time of issue.Misuse of cab charge tickets will be dealt with as a disciplinary matter.
