This week at the station

This week at Davis: 8 November 2013

Planes arrive at Davis

As we waited patiently for the Aurora Australis to arrive to complete our major resupply and take us home, we had visitors arrive from the air. On Monday before that just passed, we had two Kenn Borek planes with a combined team of seven air crew arrive at Davis to work for the Australian Antarctic program for the summer season.

It is great to have some new faces on station and it is always a pleasure working with the Canadians.
