    This week at Casey the SL gets a little reflective when thinking about leaving Antarctica, we learn about the seabird camera maintenance just completed in preparation for the return of the penguins, get a wrap up of the Casey 24 hour fitness challenge, and see Jason's time in Antarctica through photos.

    This week at Casey we marked a successful traverse and airdrop by celebrating Oktoberfest and tasting some '2 Dogs' fine brews. We hear two very different perspectives of the winter traverse, and meet Scotty T our project sparky.

    A busy week at Casey with the traverse to Law Dome successfully completed, an airdrop from a RAAF C-17 bringing much needed mechanical spares, we hear a tall tale from Luke and meet Will, where his weird sometimes incomprehensible answers give a accurate impression of the man.

    This week at Casey we finalise preparations for the traverse team with suture training, lend support to the Wilkins team, meet the hirsute members of the Casey community as we are introduced to the smorgasbord of beards on station, and meet Shoey our HVAC balancing technician (who may be an evil infiltrator from Davis).
