Macquarie Island lab facilities
Macquarie Island has an upper atmosphere physics laboratory and a biology building. The biology building consists of:
- two general laboratories
- wet laboratory
| Facilities include power, hot and cold water, piped LPG, fume cupboards and a water distillation unit. A large number of scientists require lab space and office space each summer, and as such these facilities can be busy and crowded. |
