Tell your family and friends to be careful about presents they send – they must not include plants, seeds or soil and should not be packed in polystyrene.
Examples of inappropriate presents include:
- small heat packs that contain wheat seeds
- lavender bags
- greeting cards made with dried flowers
Timber for Personal Craftwork
All timber for personal craftwork is subject to quarantine inspection and possible fumigation. It must be submitted as cargo by the closing cargo date – and not as personal luggage.
