Employees and their immediate family members can contact Occupational Services direct for advice on services and locations best suited to their needs, and to make an appointment by telephoning 1300 361 008.
Counselling services are generally provided between the hours of 8.30 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. However, counsellors are also available outside these hours in emergency situations 7 days a week 24 hours a day on the above number.
Alternatively, you may also arrange to have a consultation over the telephone.
In locations where Occupational Services do not have offices, services are available through affiliated associates.
