How much does it cost?
All counselling conducted by Occupational Services is free to all AAD employees, all expeditioners and their immediate families. The AAD pays for up to three hours of counselling for each individual.
In some situations, as a result of using the EAP, the Occupational Services counsellor may suggest that further specialised counselling may be of benefit. This may involve some cost, however, every effort will be made to recommend a service that is either free (as a community service), covered by health insurance or based on your ability to pay.
