Feedback
Confidentiality is an essential element of the EAP. Notwithstanding this, the AAD is keen to receive feedback from anyone who uses the EAP. Feedback is helpful in ensuring that the EAP is meeting the needs of its users. Comments can be offered anonymously if you like, however, if you have a complaint some elaboration will help in remedying any deficiency in the service.
Feedback is completely voluntary. It is also welcome.
